What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in healthcare services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics, or a Master's degree in a related field.
Hold 6 years of experience in healthcare services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or a related field.
Demonstrate performance excellence in computer languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
Possess the ability to create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Show high proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to gain meaningful insights.
Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Experience with project management methodologies (preferred).
Experience with healthcare industry knowledge, version control tools like GitHub, or automation tools like Alteryx (preferred).
