Analytics Engineer
The Analytics Engineer joins the IT Business Enablement team to deliver end-to-end solutions that streamline workflows and digitally transform the Operations department. This role involves participating in cross-functional projects supporting supply chain, manufacturing, and quality areas while developing new applications and business processes that precede data analytics. The individual will communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders using clear language and visualization while making autonomous decisions regarding methodology and technology to achieve high-level objectives. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Required experience includes at least two years in data analytics, data science, biotech, supply chain, or manufacturing. Preferred technical skills include full stack development and solvers and optimization techniques like LP/MIP. The role focuses on solving operational efficiency problems within the life sciences and molecular diagnostic systems domain.
