What you'll do

Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models using tools like LLMs and agentic AI.
Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and accuracy testing for complex datasets.
Develop algorithms and systems to transform disparate data points into actionable information.
Translate complex technical findings into graphical, written, and verbal narrative products.
Visualize complex data concepts for non-technical leadership to highlight system risks.
Define "go or no-go" criteria to help clients make informed decisions based on data.
Work within classified networks to support Department of Defense or Intelligence Community clients.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
Experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including tools leveraging LLMs or agentic AI.
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques like mathematics, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
12+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering in lieu of a degree.
Experience with R, Python, SQL, NoSQL, distributed computing tools, and visualization packages (preferred); Master's degree (preferred).
