What you'll do

Analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets to identify actionable information for clients.
Develop algorithms and systems using various tools and frameworks to provide objective answers from disparate data points.
Build advanced AI and machine learning models, including those leveraging LLMs and agentic AI.
Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, accuracy evaluation, and testing.
Translate complex technical findings into graphical, written, and verbal narrative products.
Visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership to highlight system risks.
Define "go or no-go" criteria to help clients make informed decisions based on data insights.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
Experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including tools leveraging LLMs or agentic AI, data retrieval, cleaning, and visualization.
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with scientific techniques like math, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
7+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, or data engineering in lieu of a degree.
Experience with R, Python, SQL, NoSQL, distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Spark), and visualization packages like Plotly or Seaborn (preferred); Master's degree (preferred).
