Statistician and Mathematician, Senior

What you'll do

• Develop and apply statistical models and methods to evaluate complex data sets.
• Lead the development of algorithms and systems to solve client problems.
• Translate disparate data points into objective answers to advise clients on informed decisions.
• Correlate complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
• Work with clients to identify specific questions and navigate data-rich environments.
• Provide deep technical understanding of data meaning and practical applications to stakeholders.
• Guide teammates in the execution of data science projects and technical tasks.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
• Experience developing and applying statistical models and methods to evaluate data.
• Experience working on classified networks and in support of DoW or IC clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree and 17+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing.
• Master's degree and 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing.
• 21+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing in lieu of a degree.
