What you'll do

  • Develop and execute hardware verification strategies across the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure all hardware meets system-level requirements before fielding through testing.
  • Plan, coordinate, and document verification activities according to SEMP guidelines.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary test campaigns including environmental, functional, and flight tests.
  • Define and track technical performance metrics for verification programs rigorously.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, verification & validation, or test engineering in aerospace or defense.
  • 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary test campaigns including environmental, functional, integration, and flight tests.
  • Experience with SEMP development and execution, including verification planning aligned to technical review gates.
  • Strong knowledge of military environmental test standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-704).
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Jama, DOORS, Polarion.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
