What we're looking for
B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
15+ years of systems engineering experience across the life cycle for a UAS with a focus on aircraft systems.
Experience with standards and handbooks including MIL-HDBK-516C, MIL-STD-882E, ARP-4761, ARP-4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, and MIL-STD-881.
Experience developing subsystem and component requirements, interfaces, and leading systems engineering efforts on developmental programs.
Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, and developing model-based systems engineering artifacts like activity diagrams and use case diagrams.
Experience with requirements elicitation, integration, and test activities on complex systems like DoD weapon systems or space systems.
Must hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience in avionics, electrical power, communications, propulsion, or mechanical systems (preferred); experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar software (preferred).
