What you'll do

Plan and execute hardware verification activities across the product lifecycle.
Develop verification cross-reference matrices (VCRMs) and test plans for hardware.
Ensure all hardware meets system-level requirements before fielding.
Direct environmental testing at qualification labs, including vibration and temperature tests.
Analyze qualification test reports to ensure compliance with MIL-STD standards.
Apply Qualification by Similarity methodology for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware.
Track and document verification status using tools like Jama or Polarion.

What we're looking for

B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering field required.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware qualification, or test & evaluation in aerospace or defense industries.
Proficiency with MIL-STD-810 and DO-160 environmental test standards.
Experience with requirements traceability and verification methods.
Active Secret clearance or higher and U.S. citizenship required.
