Design novel experiments to validate hypotheses and support team-wide decision making.
Define product requirements and priorities in collaboration with partner teams.
Develop a long-term technical vision for Personal Q&A quality and integrate solutions into the roadmap.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
8+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning and NLP at scale.
Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, or C/C++.
Experience using ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or XGBoost.
Strong communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of training and applying Deep learning models and LLMs for production systems (preferred).
Extensive experience building production ML systems in search, recommendation, or information retrieval (preferred).
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
