What you'll do

  • Develop tools and frameworks to evaluate individual components and end-to-end quality.
  • Optimize models for online inference at scale.
  • Process petabytes of structured and unstructured data to provide accurate answers.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, or Data Science is preferred.
  • Requires 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
  • Requires 10+ years of experience shipping Search and Q&A technologies and ML systems.
  • Must have excellent programming skills in C++, Python, Scala, and Go.
  • Experience is required in building models for retrieval, relevance ranking, and query understanding using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Preferred experience includes working with foundation models, LLMs, NLP, and production systems.
  • Must possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate on complex technical topics.
