What we're looking for

  • MS in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • A PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, or Data Science is preferred.
  • 10+ years of work experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience shipping Search and Q&A technologies and ML systems.
  • Proficiency in mainstream programming languages such as C++, Python, Scala, and Go.
  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for training and deploying deep learning models.
  • Experience with foundation models, LLMs, RAG, and NLP techniques.
  • Proven experience delivering tooling and frameworks to evaluate component and end-to-end quality.
