What you'll do

Architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems including retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, and lifecycle observability.
Lead architecture workshops with clients to define requirements and establish financial viability models for AI solutions.
Design knowledge architectures using knowledge graphs and semantic layers to enable AI agents at scale.
Develop architectural blueprints covering multi-agent systems, security, runtime, and data layers across public and private clouds.
Build and stand up custom agent frameworks using platforms like Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, and Anthropic Claude.
Manage AgentOps, LLMOps, and MLOps pipelines to oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning and large language models.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems for performance, cost efficiency, reliability, and trust.
Create reusable AI components and solution patterns to ensure consistent delivery across multiple client engagements.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
Candidates with an Associate Degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
Minimum 6 years of experience with key AI technologies from public cloud providers, open source, and third-party tooling.
Minimum 4 years of experience designing and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with AI platforms, agentic orchestration tools, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Minimum 3 years of experience implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions in production.
Minimum 3 years of experience designing Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms and frameworks used by multiple solutions.
