AI Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer Associate Manager

What you'll do

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Build RAG and multi-agent systems on Databricks using Mosaic AI, Vector Search, and MLflow.
• Develop data and feature foundations on the Lakehouse to support production AI applications.
• Conduct design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions with client stakeholders.
• Define metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Process large-scale distributed datasets using Apache Spark on the Databricks platform.
• Integrate LLM solutions with APIs, model monitoring, and prompt management systems.
• Operate MLOps and LLMOps pipelines including CI/CD across the full machine learning lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
• Must have an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience on Databricks and large-scale big data projects including Delta Lake, DLT, Apache Spark, and Unity Catalog.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
• Minimum 1 year of experience designing and shipping agentic AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and Databricks tools.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production environments involving CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Must have practical MLOps and LLMOps experience across the model training, serving, and prompt management lifecycle.
• Experience building API layers to expose data and AI/ML capabilities to enterprise systems.
