The Sr. AI Engineer - Forward Deployed Engineer joins the Reinvention Centers team to lead the modernization of customer data and application ecosystems on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will build enterprise-ready AI agent systems, develop abstraction layers for providers like Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI, and operate MLOps pipelines. Key technologies include Python, Java, SQL, Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, and Snowflake Cortex AI. You will solve complex business problems by integrating RAG and multi-agent systems into production environments, utilizing containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures to ensure robust, operational AI native systems across diverse enterprise domains.

What you'll do

  • Architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems on Snowflake including retrieval, orchestration, governance, and lifecycle observability.
  • Design and deploy scalable Snowflake solutions for enterprise data workloads using Dynamic Tables, Streams, and Tasks.
  • Develop GenAI patterns on Snowflake Cortex AI and build abstraction layers for providers like Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
  • Build and operate MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the model training, evaluation, and serving lifecycle.
  • Process large-scale data using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tooling within the Snowflake ecosystem.
  • Lead workshops and PoCs to tailor agentic applications and define success metrics for specific industries.
  • Mentor client teams on data management, analytics, AI/ML integration, and Snowflake best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience deploying and operating production systems with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud and large-scale data projects.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with agentic orchestration tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with AI platforms across OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
