What you'll do

Lead large cross-functional projects to improve search and world knowledge answering features using LLMs.
Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical paths, and systematic status reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks while proactively re-planning to keep teams on the critical path.
Provide regular, objective program status updates and reviews to the executive team.
Lead measurements for success including quality, usage scale, and other key performance indicators.
Collect and incorporate early feedback from internal dogfooding to drive feature iterations.
Advocate for user experience and company values when resolving open questions or technical trade-offs.
Propose and implement new processes to improve team operations and delivery of results.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field and equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in driving large scale programs building consumer facing software products.
Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.
Strong ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and provide succinct project status updates to all levels of audience.
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
8+ years experience in delivery search and generative answer quality improvements (preferred).
Experience orchestrating the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations of 100+ across teams (preferred).
Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs (preferred).
