Senior AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from proof-of-concept through production deployment and maintenance.
• Establish software development lifecycle standards including coding best practices, CI/CD frameworks, and model monitoring.
• Build predictive models to identify and prioritize patients and healthcare providers for specific medicines.
• Design and build Agentic AI systems using LLMs and SLMs to automate multi-step commercial workflows.
• Create evaluation and quality gates to ensure AI agents are reliable enough for production use.
• Coordinate technical seminars and training sessions to improve internal data science and engineering skills.
• Define technical architecture, data schemas, and integration standards for enterprise AI platforms.

What we're looking for

• A Master's degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is accepted.
• Candidates must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Senior AI/ML Engineer occupation.
• Experience building end-to-end data products from the proof-of-concept stage through full lifecycle operationalization and scaling is required.
• Proficiency in Python or R with machine learning packages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras is required.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using frameworks including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and Gitlab is required.
• Experience building and deploying models including regression, XGBoost, random forest, neural networks, NLP, and GenAI or LLMs is required.
• Experience in AI-enabled transformation, thought leadership, and project management is required.
