What you'll do

Design and implement AI/ML models including NLP, LLM pipelines, deep learning, and computer vision.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Develop end-to-end production systems including microservices, APIs, and cloud-native or edge-deployed services.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into operational environments while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
Perform model optimization, tuning, versioning, and A/B testing to ensure robust mission impact.
Apply modern software engineering patterns using languages like Python, Java, Scala, or Rust.
Prepare technical documentation and support accreditation processes in classified environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
5+ years of experience developing machine learning models including NLP, LLM, CV, deep learning, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
5+ years of experience developing AI/ML capabilities to operate in a microservice stack.
Experience developing production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
Experience with data processing frameworks and scientific computing libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, source control (GitLab), and containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes).
Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM field (preferred); AI/ML, cloud, or solution architecture certifications (preferred).
