What you'll do

Design and implement AI/ML models including NLP, LLM pipelines, deep learning, and computer vision.
Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Develop end-to-end production systems featuring microservices, APIs, and automation frameworks.
Integrate AI capabilities into operational environments with a focus on security, reliability, and performance.
Perform model optimization, tuning, versioning, and A/B testing to ensure robust mission impact.
Apply modern software engineering patterns using Python, Java, Scala, or Rust for distributed systems.
Create technical documentation and participate in design reviews to support customer requirements.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience developing ML models such as NLP, LLM, CV, deep learning, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
Experience developing AI/ML capabilities to operate in a microservice stack.
Experience developing or maintaining production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
Experience designing, configuring, or deploying software systems in operational environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Master's degree in CS, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Science, or a STEM field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Solution Architecture (preferred).
