The AI/ML Engineer, Mid joins a team focused on modernizing mission systems and accelerating decision-making across the national security ecosystem. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions, spanning data processing, model development, MLOps, and the integration of scalable capabilities into operational environments. You will develop NLP, LLM-based pipelines, deep learning architectures, and computer vision models while building scalable data pipelines and production-grade microservices. Key technologies include Python, Java, Scala, Rust, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn. You will also utilize GitLab, Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes for CI/CD and containerization. What we're looking for
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
2+ years of experience developing ML models such as NLP, LLM, CV, deep learning, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
Experience developing AI/ML capabilities for microservice stacks, production-grade APIs, or distributed systems.
Experience with data processing frameworks and scientific computing libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, source control like GitLab, and containerization technologies like Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
Experience designing, configuring, or deploying software systems in operational environments.
Master’s degree in CS, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Science, or a STEM field (preferred); AI/ML, Cloud, or Solution Architecture Industry Certifications (preferred).
