AI/ML Engineer, Mid Level

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain technical systems that use machine learning models for classification and decision making.
• Manage the full machine learning lifecycle including requirement analysis, data collection, processing, and model monitoring.
• Build and integrate data pipelines and APIs to support GenAI applications and ML frameworks.
• Configure and manage AI/ML infrastructure components in cloud and on-premise environments like AWS and GCP.
• Create proof of concepts and prototypes to drive the vision for complex technical initiatives.
• Refactor model code into maintainable IT solutions that follow best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews to improve software quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify and monitor risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data engineering, or software development implementing data solutions.
• Strong programming skills using Python, R, or Java.
• Strong experience in data engineering and data pipelines.
• Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions, including building, integrating, and optimizing data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of ML Ops principles and implementing automated workflows.
• Knowledge of Data Science principles and experience with data science methodologies.
• Strong experience with at least one cloud platform and relevant components like AWS Sagemaker.
