What you'll do

Develop and implement AI-engineered signal-processing and automation tools for domain applications.
Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions to modernize analysis workflows.
Utilize GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDS, to optimize the performance of applications and processes.
Architect and implement novel approaches for rapidly fielding capabilities using streaming data sets and NRT feeds.
Build, deploy, and operate production ML models using supervised, unsupervised, or anomaly detection methods.
Implement MLOps workflows including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
Develop AI-agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops for complex tasks.
Perform statically-sound model evaluation and establish AI quality metrics.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
4+ years of experience developing AI/ML capabilities within a microservice stack.
Experience with Python-based ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience devising AI-agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops.
Experience demonstrating statically-sound model evaluation and AI quality metrics.
Experience building, deploying, and operating production ML models using supervised, unsupervised, or anomaly detection methods.
Experience with GPU programming (CUDA/RAPIDS), AWS, MLOps, Kubernetes, or a Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
