AI and ML Engineer
As an AI and ML Engineer on the national security team, you will train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data to solve complex national security problems. You will own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit algorithms and technologies while collaborating with data scientists, architects, and subject matter experts. The role requires developing Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation enabled solutions. You will utilize Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras. Core competencies include clustering, regression, classification, and model evaluation within the Software Development Life Cycle using Git. Preferred technical skills include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, LangChain, LlamaIndex, high performance computing, and AWS SageMaker to manage end-to-end pipelines in secure environments. A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this role.

What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions, including Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Experience developing NLP, LLM, and RAG-enabled solutions.
Experience applying AI/ML research to develop practical solutions.
Knowledge of core AI/ML concepts such as clustering, regression, classification, algorithm selection, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools like Git.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Experience with rapid prototyping, production deployment (Docker/Kubernetes), agent frameworks, fine-tuning, high performance computing, cloud platforms, or data visualization (preferred); Master’s degree (preferred).
