The AI Web Framework Lead Software Engineer joins the Web Channel Frameworks team to build a best-in-class platform for consumer and business applications. You will engineer a world-class platform focused on rapid iteration, ensuring quality through unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing. Key responsibilities include managing the software delivery lifecycle, promoting agile practices, and optimizing Single Page Application performance. You must possess expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful web services. Required skills include experience with Jest, Cypress, Selenium, and Jenkins. You will also utilize CSS pre-processors like Sass and potentially work with Kubernetes, Docker, GraphQL, and Next.js.

What you'll do

Code, design, and test applications within a heterogeneous technology environment.
Engineer a world-class platform focused on rapid iteration and creative problem solving.
Ensure product quality through unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify and drive improvements for processes and tooling from concept to implementation.
Architect and implement RESTful web services and Single Page Applications.
Adhere to architecture standards, risk management, and security policies.
Contribute to the creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions.
Promote continuous improvement of team structures, processes, and delivery tools.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
Overall 10+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions.
8+ years of web development experience.
8+ years’ experience with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
5+ years’ experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other web technologies for implementing web applications.
Experience in unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing using libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Selenium.
Good experience architecting and implementing RESTful web services and Single Page Application (SPA) development.
