What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, or Node.js.
Proficiency with RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores like Pinecone or OpenSearch.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and prompt engineering techniques.
Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, SQS) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building conversational AI, including text chatbots and voicebots.
