AI Quality & Test Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-driven test automation systems to identify edge cases and validate infrastructure changes.
• Build and maintain full-stack tooling and internal applications to improve development and delivery efficiency.
• Integrate observability and logging solutions within Kubernetes environments to monitor system health and flag regressions.
• Translate operational pain points from cross-functional teams into automated workflows and test strategies.
• Use scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Swift to automate repetitive processes and validation pipelines.
• Distill complex stakeholder requirements into actionable engineering solutions and technical specifications.
• Establish best practices and foundational patterns for AI-assisted quality engineering across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development or QA across full-stack, frontend, backend, or integrated roles.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using AI tools in engineering workflows to automate tasks and build systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Swift for system automation or web development.
• Demonstrated ability to work with observability and logging tooling in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Strong cross-team communication skills to collaborate with partner engineering organizations and translate requirements into solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred experience in Swift application development for native or server-side tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline architecture and building internal developer tooling at scale.
