What you'll do

  • Identify high-impact AI use cases and develop transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions across business platforms.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, data pipelines, and operational processes.
  • Assess data readiness, quality, and governance to support various AI initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical AI concepts into actionable insights for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to drive organizational adoption of AI tools.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance, accuracy, and business impact of AI systems.
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, software development, or related technical disciplines.
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics, and AI platforms.
  • Must have 8+ years of experience working with structured and unstructured data, model lifecycle management, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience within the payments, financial services, or regulated industry environment is preferred.
  • Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
