Senior Associate AI Prototyping & Transformation

What you'll do

• Build rapid prototypes including apps, point solutions, and agentic workflows to demonstrate value through execution rather than slides.
• Translate complex business challenges into functional technical solutions for client engagements.
• Develop working proof points to hand off to Product and Technology teams instead of static specifications.
• Teach clients and internal teams how to build and migrate toward AI-first solutions using firm-prescribed frameworks.
• Capture institutional knowledge, business rules, and decision logic into durable assets that persist after the engagement ends.
• Map out project constraints and define the path forward by building prototypes that validate feasibility.
• Align client needs with approved internal tools and platforms to ensure successful adoption.
• Incorporate change management and human capital impact considerations into the initial design of all prototypes.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated hands-on ability to write code, ship systems, or stand up working applications and point solutions.
• Practical experience using generative AI, copilots, agentic workflows, or related tooling to produce real, working outputs.
• Strong technical acumen to work with engineers and reason about architecture, data, and integration.
• Business fluency to translate complex business problems into solutions for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to make concepts actionable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and the resourcefulness to bootstrap from incomplete information.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, product delivery, technical consulting, or digital transformation (preferred).
• Background in software engineering, product engineering, developer enablement, or a comparable technical discipline (preferred).
