AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design

What you'll do

• Develop and own the AI strategy for your specific function in alignment with business priorities and executive goals.
• Map end-to-end workflows to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can significantly increase speed or volume.
• Manage the intake of AI requests and prioritize projects based on measurable business outcomes.
• Build and configure AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms to create functional prototypes.
• Author and iterate on skills files to define agent behavior and share reusable capabilities across the organization.
• Drive adoption and change management by creating feedback loops, training sessions, and internal communication channels.
• Build and lead a "Champion" network of peers to expand AI reach and knowledge sharing across sub-teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of AI tools by monitoring performance, running evaluations, and retiring outdated solutions.

• Deep knowledge of your specific function's operations and end-to-end workflows.
• Strategic prioritization skills to manage competing demands based on business outcomes.
• A product management mindset including experience with intake, backlogs, and adoption metrics.
• Strong communication and influence skills to lead change management and advocate for AI initiatives.
• Experience building peer networks or communities of practice to engage volunteer contributors.
• Ability to build AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and configuring MCP servers and tools.
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI capabilities including summarization, classification, and agentic workflows.
