As a Senior AI Product Manager within the Corporate and Investment Bank operations team, you will lead researchers, engineers, and designers to build agentic AI pipelines and orchestrations. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing discovery efforts, maintaining the product backlog, and tracking key success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability. The role involves translating user needs into actionable requirements, writing PRDs, and driving alignment with company leadership. You will work specifically on automating bank operations and workflows by leveraging Large Language Models and advanced techniques including prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, and agentic frameworks. Your core responsibilities involve managing the full product lifecycle to solve complex operational problems at scale while ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous evaluation sets in a sophisticated back-end environment.
Develop a product strategy and vision to deliver value through agentic AI pipelines.
Conduct market research and discovery to identify customer solutions for the product roadmap.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals and requirements.
Define and track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, and reliability.
Translate user and business needs into actionable technical requirements and PRDs.
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts through the full development lifecycle.
Identify and implement AI solutions that impact top-line business metrics for bank operations.
Drive alignment and secure buy-in from company leadership for new product initiatives.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
2+ years of experience in a company with strong product management culture.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Experience leading tech teams from idea to alignment and through execution.
Familiarity with AI model architectures like LLMs and methods such as prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field (preferred); experience in complex environments or large-scale back-end systems (preferred).
