As a Senior Product Associate, ML Products on the Personalization & Customer Insights team, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine-learning products that transform customer data into actionable insights and personalized experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining product backlogs, translating user research and performance metrics into clear requirements, and partnering with Data Scientists and ML Engineers across the model lifecycle from framing to deployment. Your daily work involves defining hypotheses, supporting A/B testing experiments, and ensuring high standards for privacy, consent, and fairness. To succeed, you must possess strong data literacy and experience using SQL or Python for analysis. You will navigate complex product discovery and agile delivery while coordinating with design and engineering teams to deliver proactive personalization across various channels like mobile and web within the digital-banking domain.
Manage the product roadmap and maintain a well-groomed backlog of epics and user stories.
Translate user research and performance metrics into clear technical requirements and product decisions.
Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to manage the full model lifecycle from framing to deployment.
Define hypotheses and execute experiments, such as A/B tests, to measure product impact.
Track KPIs for engagement and reliability to determine prioritized next steps for the product.
Coordinate across design and engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery momentum.
Ensure all products adhere to responsible AI standards including privacy, consent, and fairness.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in product management, analytics, data science, engineering, or a comparable domain.
Strong data literacy and analytical judgment to make product decisions based on metrics and evidence.
Hands-on experience querying and analyzing data using SQL and/or Python for discovery and experimentation.
Proficiency in product fundamentals including problem discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, and agile delivery.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and learn quickly across different problem spaces.
Exposure to AI/ML, personalization, recommendations, or experimentation in partnership with Data Science (preferred).
Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests and interpreting outcomes (preferred); Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a comparable field (preferred).
