AI Native Transformation Manager

What you'll do

• Design multi-agent systems and composable architectures that integrate AI with traditional distributed systems.
• Build agentic systems to wrap legacy cores and transform them into event-driven architectures.
• Use AI agents to map dependencies, analyze git history, and perform architectural discovery on existing systems.
• Develop AI-native solutions using vector databases, graph databases, and RAG architectures.
• Manage the economics of AI systems including token costs, latency tradeoffs, and fine-tuning decisions.
• Design engineering systems and DevOps workflows for AI workloads like model deployment and monitoring.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business value for executive audiences.
• Lead agile teams to manage the unique challenges of non-deterministic AI development and prompt iteration.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
• Must have an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building innovative applications and 1 year working with AI/LLM systems in production.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience explaining complex AI concepts to executive audiences and translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and building software systems, including planning AI-native architectures and infrastructure.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading an agile team and managing the unique challenges of AI development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience designing engineering systems and DevOps for AI workloads.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience understanding the economics of AI systems, including token costs and latency tradeoffs.
