  • Proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in agile teams and designing software systems with AI components.
  • Strong understanding of AI system observability, including LLM tracing and failure mode analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms for AI-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
