AI Native Transformation Enterprise Consultant

What you'll do

• Design multi-agent systems and composable architectures that integrate AI with traditional distributed systems.
• Build agentic systems to wrap legacy cores and transform them into event-driven architectures.
• Use AI agents to map dependencies, analyze git history, and identify hidden coupling in existing codebases.
• Develop AI-native solutions using vector databases, graph databases, and RAG architectures.
• Implement real-time feedback loops and human-AI collaboration patterns using streaming technologies.
• Manage AI system observability by tracking LLM tracing, failure modes, and cost metrics.
• Translate complex AI concepts like RAG and multi-agent orchestration for non-technical audiences.
• Configure cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP to support scalable AI-native architectures.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
• Must have an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building innovative applications or making significant open-source contributions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing software systems that incorporate AI components and fallback mechanisms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI system observability, debugging, and LLM tracing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an agile team environment.
