What you'll do

Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents featuring retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, and lifecycle observability.
Develop abstraction layers across multiple AI providers to enable seamless integration into client systems.
Build scalable, cloud-native AI systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Create and deploy custom agentic workflows tailored to specific industry domains like finance, healthcare, and retail.
Lead design workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with stakeholders to define and build data-driven workflows.
Establish evaluation plans and metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
Create reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
Candidates with an Associate Degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless.
Minimum of 1 year of expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions like RAG and orchestrated workflows in production.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in Python or Java including familiarity with evaluation tooling and observability.
Minimum of 5 years of experience deploying to production using CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), and monitoring tools.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client communication, including leading technical workshops and performing under ambiguity.
