AI-Native Software Engineer, Senior joins the team to build production-grade applications, APIs, and intelligent workflow automations that transform enterprise operations. Working in a collaborative model with business stakeholders, you will design and deploy AI-enabled solutions using Large Language Models, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation. You will develop scalable backend services and full-stack applications while integrating them with enterprise systems, databases, and event streams. The role requires expertise in Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django, along with experience in LangGraph, vector search, and orchestration platforms such as Temporal or Airflow. Key technical requirements include proficiency in SQL, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and secure-by-design principles including OAuth2 and OIDC. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications and services.
Experience building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience developing software solutions that leverage LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted tools.
Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph (preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and enterprise system integrations via APIs or event-driven architectures.
Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals including system design, data modeling, and security protocols like OAuth2 and OIDC.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
