What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications and services.
Experience building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience developing software solutions that leverage LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted tools.
Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph (preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing frameworks.
Proficiency in system design, data modeling, and managing enterprise integrations via APIs or event-driven architectures.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
