What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications and services.
Proficiency in Python development and building scalable backend services using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience developing software solutions that leverage LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and RAG architectures.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, databases, event-driven architectures, and secure integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and software security practices like authentication and secrets management.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
