The Enterprise AI Product Manager is an individual contributor role focused on building and scaling the enterprise AI partner ecosystem. You will recruit and develop strategic relationships with enterprise AI software vendors to create deployable solutions for Fortune 5000 companies. Daily responsibilities include validating software within OEM and OSV ecosystems on AMD silicon, managing ISV partnerships, and executing joint business plans including co-sell motions and certification programs. You will collaborate across engineering, marketing, and sales to develop solution briefs and technical reference architectures. Required competencies include experience with LLM inference, RAG pipelines, MLOps, and model serving frameworks. You must understand containerized deployment using Kubernetes and Docker, while navigating TCO analysis and hardware accelerator integration to solve complex enterprise AI infrastructure challenges.
Build and manage a portfolio of ISV partnerships as the primary point of contact for product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Recruit new ISV partners aligned with specific vertical priorities like Healthcare, Finance, and Manufacturing.
Validate ISV software on AMD silicon and within OEM/OSV ecosystems to ensure certification and market readiness.
Develop and execute joint business plans including co-sell motions, solution integrations, and joint marketing initiatives.
Track partner health, milestone delivery, and joint pipelines to identify opportunities for deeper integration.
Create solution briefs, technical reference architectures, and competitive analyses for technical and executive audiences.
Execute partnership activities and joint go-to-market initiatives within approved budgets.
What we're looking for
Experience in partner management, business development, technical product management, or solutions engineering within enterprise AI, cloud, semiconductor, or enterprise software (preferred).
Working knowledge of enterprise AI applications, including LLM inference, RAG pipelines, MLOps, and containerized deployment (preferred).
Understanding of how enterprises evaluate and procure AI infrastructure, including TCO analysis and IT procurement cycles (preferred).
Experience with product management activities such as roadmap coordination, solution brief development, or go-to-market launch execution (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to engineering and executive audiences (preferred).
Technical fluency in GPU compute, AI software stacks, or inference platforms (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, Data Science) preferred; business or marketing degree with strong technical exposure considered (preferred).
MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
