The Enterprise AI Product Manager joins the team to build and scale a strategic ISV partnership ecosystem, turning software into deployable solutions for Fortune 5000 companies. This individual contributor role involves recruiting enterprise AI software vendors, validating their software on AMD silicon like MI300X, MI325x, and MI350 within OEM and OSV environments, and developing joint business plans including co-sell motions and certification programs. The candidate will create solution briefs, technical reference architectures, and competitive analyses while collaborating across engineering, marketing, and sales departments. Essential skills include experience with LLM inference, RAG pipelines, AI agents, MLOps, model serving frameworks, and containerized deployment using Kubernetes and Docker. The role addresses the complex challenge of creating a validated partner-integrated stack to help large enterprises build and scale their own infrastructure in cloud or on-premises environments.
Recruit and manage a portfolio of strategic ISV partnerships aligned with specific industry verticals.
Validate ISV software on AMD silicon to ensure products are certified and go-to-market ready.
Develop joint business plans including co-sell motions, solution integrations, and marketing initiatives with partners.
Track partner health, milestone delivery, and pipeline growth to expand business impact.
Create technical reference architectures, solution briefs, and competitive analyses for diverse audiences.
Represent AMD at partner summits, industry events, and executive briefings.
Manage partnership budgets and report on program expenditures to support investment decisions.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, technical product management, or solutions engineering within enterprise AI, cloud, semiconductor, or software.
Working knowledge of enterprise AI applications including LLM inference, RAG pipelines, MLOps, and containerized deployment.
Understanding of how enterprises evaluate, procure, and deploy AI infrastructure, including TCO analysis and procurement cycles.
Experience with product management activities such as roadmap coordination, solution brief development, or go-to-market execution.
Technical fluency in GPU compute, AI software stacks, or inference platforms is a meaningful advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to both engineering and executive audiences.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field like CS, Engineering, or Data Science preferred; MBA is a plus.
