AI & Intelligent Systems Enablement Manager

What you'll do

• Design and develop AI-enabled solutions including RAG systems and generative AI use cases to improve operational performance.
• Assess data quality and availability to ensure readiness for reliable AI and digital applications.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate manual workflows.
• Advise site leadership on AI roadmaps, technology investments, and the integration of emerging technologies into manufacturing operations.
• Guide project scoping, feasibility assessments, and technology selection while ensuring compliance with corporate governance.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to build digital literacy and AI capabilities across the workforce.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with security, validation, and responsible-AI requirements regarding bias and hallucinations.
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate new tools for potential site adoption and technical integration.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience, Master's with 2 years, PhD, or Associate's with 8 years, or High School Diploma with 10 years experience.
• Experience in AI/ML solution development, data engineering, or digital solutions delivery is required.
• Must have hands-on experience with large language models and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI APIs for building agentic workflows.
• Required experience designing tool-augmented agents including function calling, RAG, memory systems, and planning loops.
• Must possess working knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and prompt engineering techniques for production-grade AI.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power BI and Power Automate is required.
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent tools for querying and profiling data from source systems is required.
• Work authorization in the United States.
