Senior Distinguished AI Engineer, Agentic AI Platform

What you'll do

• Contribute to the north star platform architecture by refining canonical APIs for agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Standardize and automate agentic workflows by evaluating and hardening frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Develop an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to accelerate prototyping and production timelines.
• Design and implement central guardrail services including prompt firewalls, content filters, and audit APIs.
• Optimize orchestration-level batching, retrieval caching, and heuristic tuning to reduce per-token costs.
• Own central Helm charts, operators, and CRDs to auto-scale agents to meet tenant SLAs.
• Mentor senior engineers and host architecture office hours to evangelize the platform vision across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus 10 years of AI/ML experience, or Master's degree plus 8 years of experience.
• At least 10 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• 9 years of experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience designing mission-critical machine learning platforms (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience supporting Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen) (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with LLMOps (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, or Azure Machine Learning) (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, integrating, delivering, and supporting complex AI systems (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders up to the VP level (preferred).
