Strong technical fluency across AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Master's degree and 6 years of Information/Technology Systems experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Information/Technology Systems experience OR Diploma and 12 years of Information/Technology Systems experience.
8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML, enterprise software, or digital products (preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering AI applications, intelligent agents, or enterprise software from concept through enterprise adoption (preferred).
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and ML productization in enterprise environments (preferred).
