What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and scale AI fleet management solutions across multiple global regions.
• Drive performance optimization and reliability based on industry best practices.
• Leverage AI to enhance developer productivity and organizational solution capabilities.
• Influence the roadmap and long-term architectural evolution of cutting-edge AI compute solutions.
• Design and operate containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage large-scale compute clusters using schedulers like Slurm.
• Build AI-driven or agent-based systems in production environments.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelines to manage fleet operations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor or master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience building and operating distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript-based stacks such as Angular or React.
• Experience designing and operating containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing compute clusters with schedulers like Slurm.
• Proven experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid or edge infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, administration, and scripting.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
