AI Development Solution Engineer, Associate

What you'll do

• Build Proof of Concepts and example code to help developers adopt GenAI models at scale.
• Develop prototypes to demonstrate model capabilities and advanced usage patterns.
• Author best practices regarding the Generative AI ecosystem, including tools, models, and libraries.
• Troubleshoot customer adoption of platform capabilities and update user documentation.
• Provide feedback to platform engineering teams to improve the future customer experience.
• Build reusable solutions to scale Generative AI use cases using pre-trained and fine-tuned models.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to prioritize capabilities for the firmwide platform roadmap.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent job experience.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in software engineering, design, and development.
• Experience developing GenAI applications.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries like numpy, opencv, scikit-learn, pandas, matplotlib, and seaborn.
• Understanding of AI/ML Lifecycle and systems such as mlflow, Dataiku, and Databricks.
• Broad understanding of data engineering (SQL, NoSQL, Big Data), data governance, data privacy, and security.
• Demonstrated experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and managing code in repositories such as BitBucket and GitHub.
• Understanding of deep learning and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
