What you'll do

  • Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and policy-based routing.
  • Develop abstraction layers for seamless integration across multiple AI providers in enterprise settings.
  • Tailor agentic applications to scale across industries like finance, healthcare, and retail.
  • Conduct design workshops and proofs of concept with client stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Define metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness rigorously.
  • Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless architectures for scalable AI-native systems deployment.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience building cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
  • Proficiency with Python or Java and familiarity with multiple AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI.
  • Experience using agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen for system integration.
  • Expertise in deploying and operating production systems with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
