What you'll do

Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents featuring retrieval, orchestration, and policy-based routing.
Develop abstraction layers across multiple AI providers to ensure seamless integration into client systems.
Build scalable AI-native systems using containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
Partner with stakeholders to define use cases and rapidly prototype agentic workflows for complex domains.
Conduct design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions with client stakeholders.
Define and monitor metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to automate phases of the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 10 years of experience building cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Minimum of 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
Experience working with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
Experience deploying and operating production systems with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
Associate Degree is acceptable if accompanied by at least 6 years of work experience.
