AI Business Analyst (Forward Deployment Engineer)

What you'll do

• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Manage the end-to-end AI implementation process from requirement gathering to model deployment and integration.
• Develop custom scripts, integrations, and workflows to tailor AI products to specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot complex system and model integration issues by evaluating business processes and technical standards.
• Act as a bridge between business users and engineering teams to relay feedback for the product roadmap.
• Train and educate internal teams on prompt engineering, model interaction, and operational maintenance.
• Identify and manage risks related to AI model limitations, data privacy, and ethical considerations.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems integration, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Previous programming experience in Python, SQL, or R (preferred).
• Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Familiarity with data science methodologies (preferred).
• Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, and prioritization skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and diplomatically in both written and verbal formats.
