What we're looking for

8+ years coaching Agile teams in large organizations.
8+ years as Release Train Engineer or similar role.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile metrics.
Expertise in continuous improvement and program synchronization.
Ability to guide leadership and work across multiple teams.
Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
