Experience with SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, Navy IT systems, HR enterprise processes, and Jira/Confluence is highly desirable.

What we're looking for

15+ years of professional experience in technical environments.
5+ years as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
5+ years in Project or Program Management for federal customers.
3+ years of business or requirements gathering experience.
Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.
