What we're looking for

7+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile management tools.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and advise technology leaders through complex Agile transformations.
Experience leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Capability to design and execute enterprise organizational transformation frameworks.
Strong leadership in discussions with executives, team leads, and organizational leaders.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required within 30 days of start date.
Possession of an Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, PMP, or SAFe SPC.
