Release Train Software Engineer Level 5

What you'll do

• Act as the RTE/Chief Scrum Master for coordinating scrum execution in the Software Organization.
• Own and oversee Agile framework processes including increment planning, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide leadership to feature teams and act as a consultant/coach to resolve complex issues and contingencies.
• Identify and manage dependencies across feature teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Monitor and control execution through the identification and tracking of leading performance indicators.

What we're looking for

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SSBI or higher at time of application.
• Requires 8 years of organizational management or IPT leadership experience.
• Needs 5 years of software development experience in technical or project leadership roles for DoD, IC, or Federal Government Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across multi-discipline teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Leadership experience in building effective and engaged teams is essential.
