Release Train Software Engineer - Level 6

What you'll do

• Act as RTE/Chief Scrum Master coordinating scrum execution for software organization.
• Own and oversee Agile framework processes including increment planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Provide leadership to feature teams and act as consultant/coach to resolve complex issues.
• Identify and manage dependencies across geographically dispersed feature teams.
• Monitor performance indicators and track agile metrics for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application with willingness to pass CI polygraph.
• 8 years of organizational management or IPT leadership experience.
• 5 years of software development experience in defense industry.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative management style.
• Leadership experience building effective multi-discipline teams.
