What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Agile team and program levels
Demonstrated ability to coach through transformation using various Agile frameworks
Proficiency with AI platforms like GitHub Copilot and Atlassian Intelligence
Strong facilitation, mentoring, teaching skills, and understanding of organizational change management
Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
Certified in Agile or SAFe methodologies
Knowledge of responsible AI practices and enterprise guardrails
